Since micro-projects are usually smaller departmental initiatives, they don’t require the same number of resources for larger, inter-departmental projects. However, they do need an agile approach as each micro project is unique.
Invariably, micro-projects offer an opportunity for RPA to do things frequently completed by human team members such as clicking on buttons or visiting websites. Further, RPA can extract, organize, and store unstructured data. Since RPA also enables application integration without heavy coding, it is useful for micro-projects that may need additional help if funding is limited for human resources.
