Artificial intelligence affects several areas of the workplace already, changing the hiring process, eliminating many administrative tasks, fighting fraud, improving training procedures, and doing much more behind the scenes. AI has perhaps an even larger impact on productivity, eliminating the need to scroll through notes and calendars, answering phone calls, and organizing information more effectively. This puts the employee’s full attention on the more creative aspects of their work.
We see AI at work already nearly everywhere, with online ordering systems and robocalls. These systems have been useful for several years and will hopefully become even more helpful in the future.
