There are two types RPA bots:
- Attended RPA Bots
The Attended RPA bots are activated when the workload increases. Further, these bots require manual and human intervention to automate and facilitate specific business processes.
- Unattended RPA Bots
Unattended bots, as the name implies, do not require human assistance to automate. Some examples include drafting a welcome email, updating a spreadsheet, extracting information from unstructured data, and more.
