Are chatbots useful during a pandemic?

When movement is limited due to pandemic concerns, chatbots are extremely helpful. As the pandemic began, the world saw a rise in automation and the use of chatbots. Many companies experienced a surge in customer inquiries, asking valid questions, and who needed help immediately. Chatbots helped to offer immediate responses and accessibility even when physical offices had to temporarily close.
