- The customer’s identity is verified and authenticated either through saying a specifically requested phrase or it is authenticated in the background of the call during the course of the conversation.
- When the voiceprint and claimed identity are a match, the customer can proceed.
- If the voiceprint does not match the caller’s voice, the caller may not continue through the menu.
