How do I properly tag my data for search?

by | Nov 24, 2019

An enterprise search platform uses metadata to store details about what’s included in each of the documents. In traditional web search engines such as Google, the metadata is provided via the webpage’s title, meta description, and keywords. For your internal data, the metadata can come from the customer’s name, employee’s name, document’s date, version, who created the document, department, what the document is used for, and many other areas.
