Further, one account might be spread across global locations without a clear indication of where HQ is located. In addition, updates come from all sources. On the technical side, a CRM may make frequent calls to back-end databases.

RPA can help by processing back-end database requests in batches to reduce the load. As a result, data quality improves and the CRM system works better.
