One way to determine effectiveness is by calculating the costs of your old processes vs. RPA implementation. For instance, how much did it cost you for human labor annually to perform the same processes now taken over by RPA? Another measurement is productivity. Are processes running faster than before? How about consistency? Do you notice greater predictability?
