It depends on the team members. Those team members who enjoy continuous learning will have the right habits in place. Those team members who believe in continuous self-improvement, and who also want to share what they have learned, do not have to change their work habits.
On the other hand, team members who have an “I can do it by myself” work perspective will need training, coaching, and time to adjust. As they notice other team members performing their tasks faster and more accurately, the sustainability of a KM system increases.
