How do we create new knowledge?

With any knowledge management system, new knowledge should be created as new processes are created and new tools are used. There is also new knowledge generated when team members figure out how to resolve issues in a new way.

As a result, it is important to encourage knowledge-sharing when new knowledge is learned. If tools for sharing are user-friendly, it makes it easier for team members to convey their experiences.
