Businesses must offer the right resources, tools, governance, infrastructure, people, and funding to execute a successful CX program. Included with tools are CX dashboards, which provide valuable insights from customer feedback.

In addition, CX dashboards should be tightly integrated with other systems to gain a better and more complete understanding of customers. Giving employees access to CX dashboards will facilitate better CX.
