As lockdowns and other safety measures took place, many businesses accelerated their digital transformation efforts to accommodate consumers who needed to stay home.

Invariably, RPA has helped to facilitate digital transformation much more easily and quickly. With many employees also working from home, RPA has certainly filled in the gaps where needed and will continue to do so.
