IDP improves employee satisfaction because it takes over time-consuming and manual document processing tasks. Employees don’t want to spend the majority of their working hours reviewing file after file. Not only does this increase eye strain, but it’s also tiring and uninspiring. Employees would rather have more time to focus on tasks they were hired to perform and/or work on higher-cognitive activities.
So then, when IDP handles document processing, employees are happier and have more time on their hands to engage in value-added work.
