How do I design the best workflow?

First time designing a workflow? Don’t be intimidated! Following the simple steps below, creating an efficient, productive workflow is within arm’s reach. In collaboration with any relevant team members, start here:

  1. Identify the beginning and endpoints
  2. Label each step between the start and finish
  3. Describe in detail what each step requires for completion
  4. Place each step in a logical order
  5. Assign each team member the appropriate duties within each step
