What are some customer experience components?

Since customer experience (CX) ecompasses the entire customer journey, every touchpoint could be considered a component. However, there are a few overarching concepts to keep in mind when analyzing or building a CX strategy:

  • Ease of communication before, during, and after a purchase is made. 
  • Honesty and accuracy of the information provided about the product or service. 
  • Anticipation of the customer’s needs throughout the sales process.
