It really depends on what your customers want and need. When designing your CX infrastructure, it’s more important to focus on what works best for your customers rather than whether you have all the latest and greatest technologies.

Invest in solutions that deliver the best value to your customers. The focus should be on CX. Technology alone won’t improve the CX. Customers may not appreciate the infrastructure you choose unless you include the types of platforms that deliver the experience they want.
