AI-driven chatbots use NLP to analyze an end user’s text or voice inquiries while adding contextual awareness. You see, with AI, these chatbots can remember past conversations and also learn from every interaction. However, there are chatbots that use simple programmed interfaces designed to provide basic responses. Chatbots that do not use conversational AI will not satisfy the global demand for highly personalized experiences.
